    What's with the two lugs on the top of the Senior Telemaster Plus drop box?

    What's with the two lugs on the top of the Senior Telemaster Plus drop box?
    I assume they are for a servo to operate the drop box doors instead of using the smaller servo installation at the bottom? Do you have any suggestions or layout for linkage?

    It was originally designed to be servo operated from a single full size servo at the top so you could open and close the doors. The linkage was not strong enough and when filled with candy it would partially open the doors and lets stuff out. That setup was scraped in favor of the smaller servo that keeps the doors shut until you are ready to release.
