    Good morning. Thank you again for the excellent customer service. Per our last phone conversation you told me that I should not attempt to send defective LIPO batteries via mail correspondence as I have done in the past. I took your advice and this time I photographed and documented the damaged product. I received a battery return from Hobby-Lobby on 03 May 12 which worked fine for two flights. I test ran and logged all my batteries last week on Park Zone planes and this particular battery puffed-up and developed a hole on its side at the end of the test run (picture enclosed). I would prefer to receive a replacement battery from Hobby-Lobby. If there are any questions please ask and as always your assistance on this matter is greatly appreciated.

    After you 2 test runs, what was the voltage of the battery. Please let me know which battery by Parkzone this is.
