I need some help getting started programing my radio dx61 for use with Phoenix flight

I need some help getting started programing my radio I recently purchased from you guys. You told me it was easy would be and that you would help me. Well itís not easy and I think you guys are so busy you donít really have time to help me. I must admit that I am totally unfamiliar with the terms used in the set up. For instance I was told to disable the swash mix. I have never even heard of the word swash before. So as you can tell I am completely over my head. If you can help me I would appreciate it. After all this was supposed to be fun . So far itís just frustrating with a lot of money thrown in.

    Hello,
I'm sorry your having troubles with getting your simulator set up. You don't need to set up any helicopter setting in the transmitter (swash). Just put it on an airplane, and let the software do all the work. This should be just a plug n play situation. The only thing you really need to do is calibrate your transmitter to the software, and choose your radio in the menu. In the upper left drop down menu, you will see "set up transmitter", just walk through the steps it gives you. If you have any further questions, feel free to give a call, and we would be happy to walk you through it.
