Back ordered items - from October 09
Just wondering if anyone else was having problems with getting Honey Bee MK3 parts. I put an order in way back in October, and the web page said the parts would be arriving in store early November...
I then sent an email via the support mechanism on the site (about three weeks ago), got an automated response (Case #00044217), but have heard nothing since.
I haven't been too worried, I've had plenty of stuff to do over the Christmas break, but now I've had a look at my order again, OrderNum: 27219S091025, and it still shows some parts as being on back order, but the website shows that they are in stock via the shopping facility??
Any ideas on how to get this sorted?
