    non functioning servo slowdown?

    Hello,
Back in june I purchased a servo slow down module for use in an Alfa P-47, which I ordered at the same time. Unfortunately, I didn't bother to test it right away. After finally finishing the build two weeks ago, I discover that the servo slowdown module does not function at all.

I am using a Spekctrum Ar6100, HS55 servos, the recommended Jeti speed control and a 3s 800mah lipo. I have tested the slowdown module on all the different channels said receiver, and on another receiver with completely different servos to no avail. Please let me know if you have any ideas. Otherwise, I would really love to get it exchanged for a working one!

    thank you!

    Irg,
I am sorry that you are having that problem.
I will see what I can do and how close it is to our 30 day warranty period.
Go to our web site and support tab and click on customer support request
Fill out a support request and it will come to me.
Please give me your Hobby Lobby account number and/or the order number under which it was purchased
This is important to get that, and I will try to get you another one under a warranty defective.
The servos you are using it with should not be a problem.

I have an servo slow down unit too, and the first time i used it, it didn't work. I pluged it into my Spektrum using a 6 volt battery pack. After reading the directions I found that it required 4.8 Volts to operate. I thought I had smoked it but , pluged it into a 4.8 volt battery pack and O.K. it works.
